    Thales, Paris

    • Ported production CI to the group's hardened, managed Jenkins with a sandbox-safe job generator (discovery, data contract, JobDSL) that redeploys every job in under a minute.
    • Automated reproducible Python and Poetry toolchains on offline Linux build agents, installed in parallel, under 8 minutes for the whole fleet and 10 seconds to re-run.
    • Designed and built a CI supervision platform used daily by 3 teams across 24 pipelines and about 200 builds a day, with a dependency graph, millisecond reads, and no downtime when Jenkins is down.
    • Its failure diagnosis turns the log lines people pick into shared rules, saving each team about 20 minutes every morning.
